HARDFLIP
A hardflip is a pretty difficult trick, as the name implies. It is essentially a kickflip frontside pop shove-it.
Start with your front bolts behind the table, fingers pointing almost directly toward the front foot. Place your back foot on the back of the table, with the heel protruding from the rear edge. Try to balance on the balls of your two feet as this will cause the execution of the trick easier.
Raise the floorboard, then slide simultaneously your back foot forward to rotate the frontside table (like a frontside shove-it) and use your front foot to flip the table (as in a kickflip).
